A hidden gem in the Inner West, where local members, guests and sporting teams get together to relax, catch up or catch a game on the big screens and enjoy a cool drink and a great meal.

A relaxed club where everyone feels like a local, welcoming all ages it is a popular place for families to gather for a great meal from the Paesani restaurant.

Formally known as Western Suburbs Australian Football (WSAF) Club, Magpie Sports has been serving and supporting its community since the early 1920’s. Situated behind Picken Oval and home to WSAF it has been a local institution for decades.

Our members also receive complimentary membership to Canterbury – Hurlstone Park RSL & Bargo Sports Club.

Magpie Sports Club amalgamated with Canterbury-Hurlstone Park RSL Club in 2013, ensuring the club’s ongoing future for it’s community.

 Since opening its doors in 1947, Canterbury-Hurlstone Park RSL Club has grown from one place to many
as we have evolved with the needs of the community. Today, the CHP Group of companies incorporates:
